From our cleaning operators through every level of our Corporate Structure, we focus on the learning and personal needs of all of our team members. For us to achieve excellence and attract and retain valuable team members, we strictly adhere to a set of HR principles and policies.

Professional Development Pathways
Our teams undergo mandatory organisational inductions before they commence work. This assists us in disseminating our values and expectations to our people, and in turn, provides them with a guarantee of what they can expect from us. This process kicks off the learning journey that all staff members can expect and enjoy from being a part of the SPS Team. On-site inductions are undertaken and provide a further level of awareness and care for the individual workplace. This double induction process ensures all of our quality procedures are explained and demonstrated and that our Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental focus is instilled in our teams from Day 1.
SPS place high importance on the benefits gained through organisational, vocational and tertiary education. All employees working with SPS are provided the opportunity for continued learning opportunities and career pathways.
Through staff surveys, we listen to what our teams have to say and what is important to them. We have implemented initiatives that have been developed from staff feedback to encourage loyalty and outstanding team morale and dedication. When you work for SPS you can expect:

SPS provides flexibility in working conditions. We have understanding managers who tailer rosters where possible to fit with our teams’ individual circumstances.
Code of Conduct
The SPS Code of Conduct provides Five (5) main principles that must be adhered to by all staff working for SPS. These cover:
- Acceptable Behaviours and Responsibilities
- Discrimination, Harrassment and Bullying Free Workplace
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Site and Key Security
- Privacy, Confidentiality and Non-disclosure.
These principles provide a very clear guideline on the expectations of our teams. These principles are discussed at length at our organisational induction program.
